Our Story
At Toybox Studios, art is our way of building community and shaping moments that turn into forever-memories. Founded by Julianne Irene, the studio transforms imagination into immersive experiences that spark connection, wonder, and play.
Julianne’s roots trace back to Pratt Institute, where she studied Communication Design with a focus on graphics, illustration, and prop making. She honed her craft with some of the nation’s top fabrication companies and marketing agencies, creating larger-than-life moments for audiences nationwide. Along the way, she became known for designing environments where interaction and storytelling blur the line between audience and participant.
In 2021, Toybox Studios opened its doors in Columbus, Ohio. From designing props for Dior, to reimagining the Elements Music Festival brand, to creating public art installations that bring neighborhoods together, Toybox continues to champion projects that are both meaningful and memorable.
Located at Chromedge Studios in the historic Franklinton Arts District, Toybox Studios serves as a playground for ideas—where every project is crafted to connect communities through art, storytelling, and shared experience.
